buying or selling Real Estate. My primary services include listing properties on the Northwest Multiple Listing
Service, and selling MLS listed properties. The NWMLS serves the Seattle area. The cities and towns I service include Seattle and West Seattle, Everett, Edmonds,
Lynnwood, Mukilteo, Mountlake Terrace, Bothell, Snohomish, Lake Stevens, Marysville, Stanwood, and Arlington to the north,
Kirkland, Bellevue, Redmond, Issaquah and Sammamish to the East, and Renton, Burien, Federal Way, and Kent to the south. I've
sold homes in King, Snohomish, Island, and Pierce Counties in Washington State.
I work with many buyers. In fact, I offer rebate programs that will meet or exceed rebate programs offered by
