My $550 Flat Fee
listing is my most popular program. For one flat fee of $550, I come see your property, I
write the MLS ad, I take up to 15 photos, I provide you with an MLS keybox, and I provide you with award worthy signage.
The $550 is for your MLS listing. You will also have an additional $400 due at closing. I review your
signed Purchase and Sale, advise what to do, and in general help keep you legal as a seller. Your total commission
COULD be as low as $950!
My 1% Listing full service program is second most popular
and not far behind my flat fee program. I do all the above plus review paperwork ahead of time negotiate the transactions
for you. This is the best program if you want lots of service and still want a great value.
My 3% listing full service program is the industry standard. With
this program, I will also advertise your property outside the MLS. The Seattle area has been so hot, that
outside advertising has not been necessary in years.
You already pay a selling commission for an agent to SELL your home, why pay so
much to LIST your home?
I'll take better photos, write better MLS ads, and use better signage than anybody in the industry. Why pay more for less?
